I’ve learned the key to a truly great peanut butter and jelly sandwich is going stepping it up with the simple flavor combo. PBJ Gone Gourmet – Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich Recipe 

Time: 5 minutes   Serves: 1 

Ingredients 

Directions 

    1. Lightly toast your bread  
    2. Spread unsalted butter over one slice
    3. Add a thick layer of peanut butter over the buttered slice
    4. Spread jelly over the other slice of bread
    5. Sprinkle a dash of sea salt over the peanut butter
    6. Join your two perfect slices in holy peanut butter matrimony 
    7. Enjoy your match made in heaven immediately, and then make another one

  2. unsalted butter
  3. sea salt
  4. premium peanut butter ( I love Quality Creations Butter Toffee Peanut Butter, it's AMAZING and people on Amazon go nuts over it, no pun intended )
  5. Elderberry Jelly or Strawberry Preserves (Purely preference, but if you've never had elderberry jam and love the taste of grape jelly, you've got to give it a try. This one is the best I've ever tasted-- Mrs. Millers Elderberry Jelly)
